そして今回は私の今住んでいるニュージーランドのギズボーンについて、紹介したいと思います！
Thank you for the comments about my blog. I will do my best to make it as enjoyable as possible. Today I’m going to introduce Gisborne、where I live now.
ギズボーン(Gisborne)
ニュージーランドの北島の1番東にあります。このギズボーン市に私は住んでいます。ちなみにギズボーンは夫の故郷です。
面積 8355㎢
高知県と同じぐらいの面積
人口約3万7千人
四万十市と同じぐらいの人口
There are about 37000 people living in Gisborne and it’s around the same size as Kochi prefecture in Japan.
高知県に四万十市の人たちが住んでいる感じです！想像つきますか？なんていうか1県に1つの市民が住んでいる感じ？伝わったかな？(説明難しい)
人口密度が低いってことです！

Gisborne is very countryside!! It’s a nice size for me because I’m used to living in the countryside when I was young. So it’s perfect for me!!
海も山？丘？(日本みたいな山ではない)もあって自然いっぱいです。サーフィンが有名でサーファーがいっぱい！観光地になってます！
There are beautiful beaches and forests. Beautiful nature makes me feel free and happy! I really want to take you to the beautiful beaches in Gisborne. Also the beaches are good for surfing!! In the weekend many people come here and enjoy the surfing from other districts. If you like surfing, just come to Gisborne!!
魚介類も豊富で美味しい！夏になるとよく釣りの大会があります。みんなちょー必死！高知県の黒潮町佐賀みたいに港にボートが並んでます！この伊勢海老がちょー美味しいの！
Seafood here is delicious. In the summer, there are many fishing competitions. My Dad in-law loves fishing too. They went fishing early in the morning and came back late. They do fishing all day!! They must love fishing. There are a lot of boats in the port and that is the same as Saga, Kuroshio town where we used to live.

ブログするする言いながらなかなかスタートできずにいましたが.. ようやくはじめます！
YUKOとは..！
去年結婚しニュージーランドに移住しました。今はニュージーランドのギズボーンで自然と動物に囲まれて、生活しています。
これまではソフトボール人生(現在進行形)でした。旅行や仕事で海外は20ヶ国以上、青年海外協力隊でベリーズに2年住んでいました。
そんなこんなでニュージーランド生活の事、海外の事、自然の事、動物の事、そしてたまには恋愛話でも！笑
遠くにいる家族や友人、そして新しい仲間もできたらいいな！みんなに楽しんでもらえるようなブログにしていきたいと思っています。海外好きな人、英語好きな人、ニュージーランド好きな人などなど、いろんな人と関わっていきたいです。よろしくお願いします！
